This is a typical example of a Marketing Calendar for a specific product. In this case, a professional association was tracking their Monthly Membership Outreach Calls and Marketing actions taken around such calls – to sell conference tickets and advertising packages connected with the conference. I created this calendar with tasks and team members in place, then imported the task and team data into Trello. When Trello didn’t suit the team, we transitioned to Asana for tracking and team chat. The team previously preferred to keep longterm strategy notes on Evernote in a staff collaborative folder, which I also imported to Asana for double redundancy, and to better keep track of benchmarks and strike dates through the year.
